Mango Lassi


Ingredients:

Mango Puree 400gms
Yoghurt 500ml
Sugar To taste
Diced mango For garnish
Vetivier essence A few drops

Method:
1. Put all ingredients for the lassi, except the diced mango pieces in a blender.
2. Blend and make a smooth puree and garnish with diced of mango and served chilled
